Welcome to Sherrick’s Home Services. By accessing or using our website and booking any cleaning service with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services Offered

Sherrick’s Home Services provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Deep Cleanings
Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings
Recurring Maintenance Cleanings
Restorative Cleaning (Hoarder or Neglect Conditions)

Additional services such as organizing, pressure washing, and other home care tasks may be available upon request.

Service Area

Our primary service area includes DuPage County, Kane County, and surrounding communities. Services requested outside our standard service area may be subject to additional travel fees or availability limitations.

Booking & Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, Vemno, Zelle, or other options agreed upon prior to service.
A deposit may be required for larger or first-time appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
Missed appointments with no notice may result in full service charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe access to the property and communicate any known hazards.
Personal or valuable items should be removed or secured to prevent damages before our team arrives.
Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special surface materials in advance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including unsafe or unsanitary conditions beyond our scope, harassment of staff, or misuse of our services.

Liability Limitations

We are fully insured, but not liable for pre-existing damage or the improper installation of fixtures. We are not responsible for damage due to faulty surfaces, improper chemical use by others, or cluttered/obstructed areas. Liability for loss or breakage of items is limited to the cost of the item, and we must be notified within 48 hours.

Photos and Videos

We may take before-and-after photos of cleaning projects for training, documentation, and marketing purposes. No personal or identifying details will be included. By using our services, you consent to such photos unless you specifically opt-out in writing prior to the appointment. Documentation photos are required, and are not covered by any request to opt-out.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be mediated in the Circuit Court of DuPage County, IL.
